- Schedule Bonded Pick-Up /Delivery Service or Ship your documents FEDEX worldwide.
- Your documents are stored and processed onsite at our Secure Iron Mountain Facility.
- Documents are batched /sorted /prepared (removal of staples, repaired, separator sheets)
- Document batches are processed to microfilm, digital image or both for vital records.
- State of the art Kofax VRS and image enhancement ensure optimum image quality.
- Quality Control and Verification procedures ensure image accuracy
- Secure Onsite data entry/OCR (No Insecure offshore Data entry is used in this process)
- Completed product is furnished back on high resolution executable CD/DVD/Blu-Ray containing images, indexes and a fully searchable Alchemy Search Client along with ASCII delimited file that can export to any ODBC application.
- Original documents are optionaly reassembled and returned to you or if preffered may be legally destroyed after 30,60,90 days with destruction certificates issued.
