2. Schedule local Bonded Pick-Up /Delivery Service or Ship your documents to us via Ups or FEDEX worldwide.
3. Your documents are stored and processed at our Secure Iron Mountain Facility.
4. Documents are batched /sorted /prepared (removal of staples and insertion of barcode /separator sheets)
5. Document batches are processed to microfilm, digital image or both for vital records.
6. State of the art Kofax VRS and ScanFix processes ensure optimum image quality.
7. Quality Control and Verification procedures ensure image accuracy
8. Secure Onsite data entry/OCR is accuracy verified (No Insecure offshore Data entry is used in this process)
9. Completed product is furnished back on high resolution Microfilm with roll frame index and/or an-executable CD/DVD containing images, indexes and a fully searchable Alchemy database that can export to any ODBC application.
10. Original documents are reassembled and returned to you or optionally may be legally destroyed after 30,60,90 days with destruction certificates issued.
